Product Listing Policy

1. General principles

• Listings must describe real products or services that you are genuinely able to buy or supply.
• Information must be accurate, complete and not misleading, including specifications, quantities, origin, certifications and prices.
• You must comply with all laws that apply to you and to the goods, including export controls, sanctions, import regulations and product-safety rules in the countries involved.
• Each listing should cover one product or a closely related product group, placed in the most relevant category.

2. Prohibited items

The following may not be listed or requested:

• Illegal drugs, narcotics and controlled substances, and equipment intended for their production or use.
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives, military equipment and their parts.
• Counterfeit, replica or unauthorised branded goods, and any product that infringes intellectual-property rights.
• Human remains or organs, protected wildlife and products made from endangered species.
• Stolen goods, and personal or financial data.
• Hazardous or radioactive materials offered without the licences required by law.
• Goods, parties or destinations subject to applicable trade sanctions or embargoes.
• Adult content, and any content that promotes hatred, violence or discrimination.
• Financial schemes, investment offers, loans, and "get rich" or pyramid schemes.

3. Restricted items

Some products may be listed only if you hold the necessary licences, registrations or certifications and state them in the listing. These include pharmaceuticals and medical devices, chemicals, petroleum products and fuels, food and agricultural products that need health or phytosanitary certificates, precious metals and stones, and used or refurbished machinery. We may ask you to provide supporting documents.

4. Listing quality

• Use a clear, specific title. Do not use all capital letters, repeated keywords or unrelated terms.
• Do not put phone numbers, email addresses or website links in titles or descriptions; use the contact fields in your company profile.
• Do not post duplicate listings for the same product.
• Only upload text and material that you own or have permission to use.

5. Fair dealing

Members must not use the platform to send spam, harvest contact details, impersonate another company, request advance fees under false pretences or move conversations off the platform for fraudulent purposes.

6. Enforcement

We may edit, hide or remove listings, limit account features, or suspend or close accounts that break this policy, with or without notice. Serious or repeated breaches may be reported to the relevant authorities. If you think we have made a mistake, contact us and we will review the decision.

7. Report a listing

If you see a listing that breaks this policy, please report it with the link to the listing and a short explanation.
