What is Trust Score?
Trust Score is a quick indicator, shown on every company profile, of how committed and accountable a member is on Go2World Business. Use it together with the Verified badge to shortlist trading partners with more confidence.
How Trust Score works
Every member receives a Trust Score level. It reflects the member's level of commitment to the platform: paid members have identified themselves to us through billing, agreed to our membership terms and have more to lose from misconduct, so they receive a higher score.

The 0–5 Trust Score on company profiles
Silver, Gold and Gold+ members see a Trust Score from 0.0 to 5.0 on every company profile, with a checklist of what our team has confirmed. The score is calculated automatically from:
- Documents approved by our team (up to 2.6 points): company registration or trade licence, identity proof of the representative, tax registration, company address proof, proof of prior export or import, proof of product, and other documents such as mandates and certifications.
- Company verified (0.6) and representative verified on a video call (0.5).
- Active membership (Silver 0.4, Gold 0.6, Gold+ 0.8) and time on Go2World Business (up to 0.3).
- A complete profile and active listings (0.1 each).
Member reviews are shown separately as star ratings, so you can see both what we have checked and what other traders say.
The Verified badge
Separately from Trust Score, any member can request verification from their account. Our team reviews the company's trade licence or registration details, and once approved, a ✓ Verified badge appears on the profile and its listings. Verification confirms that we have reviewed the documents provided; it is not a guarantee of a company's performance, product quality or financial standing.
How to use these signals
- Prefer partners who are Verified and have a higher Trust Score when shortlisting.
- Check that the company profile is complete, with a clear description, location and product range.

Report a concern
If you believe a member is misrepresenting itself or acting dishonestly, report it to us. We review every report and may suspend or remove accounts that break our terms.
