1. The service

go2world-business.com, operated by [Legal company name], is an online directory where businesses publish company profiles, buy requirements and sell offers, and contact each other. We are not a party to any trade between users.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate business information and keep your login secure. One company profile per account.

3. Listings

You are responsible for your listings. Do not post illegal, sanctioned, counterfeit, hazardous or misleading goods, or content you don't have rights to. We may remove listings or accounts that break these terms.

4. Verification

A "Verified" badge means we reviewed the registration documents provided. It is not a guarantee of a company's performance. Always do your own due diligence, use secure payment methods and independent inspection.

5. Paid memberships

Silver, Gold and Gold+ plans are billed upfront for a 6-month term through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Monthly prices on the Membership page are shown for comparison only. You can cancel any time from Manage billing; the plan stays active to the end of the paid term. Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Plan limits (daily contacts, product listings, buy-lead response timing) are described on the Membership page and may be updated with notice.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from transactions between users.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [the Emirate of Dubai and the UAE federal laws], with disputes resolved in the courts of [Dubai].
